SHIPPING FROM THE USA
Air and Sea Freight Rates
We ship from our USA warehouse 5X per week, Monday through Friday. Air Freight Rates: 0.1–0.5 lb: JMD $550 per lb 0.6–1 lbs: JMD $650 per lb 2-10 lbs and over: JMD $550 per lb Freight Fuel Charge: JMD $20 per lb. USA SEA FREIGHT Ship larger and bulkier items economically through our USA Sea Freight service. Rate: US$8.50 per cubic foot Sea freight ships once per week. Package must be 50lbs and over to be qualify. Cubic Foot Calculation: Length × Width × Height ÷ 1,728 = Cubic Feet.
Island-Wide Delivery
We provide delivery throughout Jamaica Via Knutsford Express. Free delivery is available to selected locations, including: - Thompson Town - May Pen - Blackwood - Victoria Conditions may apply. Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the destination, distance, accessibility, package size, or other delivery requirements. Customers may also collect packages from our Thompson Town location. Customers will be notified when packages are ready for collection or delivery.
Air Freight Fast and convenient shipping for small packages. Sea Freight Affordable shipping solutions for larger, bulky, commercial, and high-volume shipments. Pack & Ship Shop online and have your purchases delivered to our warehouse. We receive, process, ship, and deliver your packages in Jamaica. Pickup & Delivery Collect your packages from our location or arrange delivery where available. Package Tracking Track your shipment and stay updated throughout the shipping process.

How It Works 1. Register Create your SnapDrop Xpress customer account. 2. Shop Purchase your items online using your SnapDrop Xpress shipping information. 3. Send To Our Warehouse Have your purchases delivered to the appropriate USA or China warehouse. 4. We Receive Your Package Our team receives and processes your shipment. 5. We Ship To Jamaica Your package is placed on the air or sea shipment. 6. Clear & Deliver We will clear and have your packages delivered to you hassel-free.

STORAGE POLICY
Packages are stored free of charge for the first 14 days after the customer has been notified that the package is ready for collection or delivery. After 14 days: Storage Fee: JMD $50 per day per package/item. Customers are encouraged to collect or arrange delivery of their packages promptly to avoid storage charges.
LARGE PACKAGE / HANDLING FEE
A JMD $500 handling and processing fee applies to packages weighing over 15 lbs. This fee is separate from the applicable freight charge and any other applicable customs, delivery, or government charges.
PAYMENT POLICY
Customers are responsible for paying all applicable shipping, customs, handling, storage, delivery, and other charges associated with their shipment. Packages Over 10 lbs Full payment is required before delivery for packages weighing over 10 lbs. Customers must ensure that outstanding balances are settled before packages can be released for delivery where applicable.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
All shipments entering Jamaica are subject to applicable customs laws, regulations, duties, taxes, fees, and clearance procedures. Customs charges are determined by the relevant authorities and may depend on factors including: - Declared value -Type of goods - Quantity - Tariff classification - Country of origin - Applicable customs regulations - Import requirements SnapDrop Xpress does not control customs assessments and cannot guarantee a specific customs charge.
